Vincent Tilson is a native of the West side of Yonkers. He attended Yonkers High School, then went on to attend Morehouse College.

Also a second generation Yonkers Officer, PO Tilson is a 12 year veteran, who has served in the 4th Precinct since 2011. He joined the Guardians in 2012 and has remained active with their efforts to build stronger ties with the police and the community they serve.
